hi just wondering wot to do next i was thinking about getting an apexi fc ecu and commander but im running a stock motor no rebuild and done 55000 miles apart from a cat back exhaust and twin apexi air filters as i am not sure.   im in two minds getting a greddy intercooler or an apexi fc ecu and commander whats the best option to go for frist as i will be getting both at some piont:3Confused

best to go for the power fc as you really need to have the power fc before you can do the intercooler.  Also means you can get it mapped and get a little extra power, can make the car run alot better, on the standard ecu they are mapped for Jap Fuel which i think is 99 octane where you can get it mapped for 97 or 98.  Also you can change when the radiator fans come in as its quite high at mo, so keepng your engine a bit cooler, theres lots of little things like that that make it worth doing.  Ive also been told by the guy who maps mine that the standard map isant the greatest and just a basic map on a power fc is alot better.

I\'d be leaving things as they are if I was you.

Modding and remapping to get more power out of an already tired engine is going to speed up your visit to planet rebuild no end.

you\'ll need the Apexi to remap for the intercooler. Intercooler on top of the mods you\'ve got, with a stock ecu, would be dangerous.

Pfc and get base map checked/adjusted. Could be leaning out with those mods as said above.

he posted in february,  he\'s now selling the car so not relevant
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

memski

LOL! Didn\'t see that, not relevant to him, but maybe to the new owner ;)
