Toad Ai606
ok, iv started my install, and so far

iv wired the constant +12v supply straight to the battery, and the +12v with ignition i have used the supply to the heater fan (seems fine)

Iv earthed the system with a self tapping screw (seems fine)

iv wired it into the the interior light to activate the alarm when the doors are opened (works fine)

Iv added a switch to activate the alarm when the bonnet opens (works fine)

iv wired the alarm into the indicators via the flasher unit (works fine)

Now iv come to the immobilser side of it, it has 4 wires (2 have blue tape on them, 2 have white tape on them) for the 2 circuit immobiliser from the alarm that go to 1 plastic plug, does this mean i need something to plug onto this ?
Im planning on just using the starter motor for immobilisation, not using the coil pack or fuel pump (heard about problems)

So basically im stuck on what to do with the 4 wires  ??

Anyone help pleeeeaaaasssse :wave

Not being funny bud... but you asked advise on this before and you obviously just ignored the good advise from everyone on here..
I even gave you a good contact for this job..

dude, if you dont know what your doing why are you attempting to fit a thatcham approved Cat 1 alarm? that wont be thatcham approved after you\'ve installed it..

you\'d have been better off getting it supplied & fitted by a specialist (but not gap lol)

im going to have one of the buttons on the fob for engine start up, by doing this makes all Thatcham approved devices void. so i dont need that, and iv read so many stories of bad installers and dodgy installed alarms, id rather do it myself.

Iv installed a few alarms before, just none have used this set up for the immobilser

i only asked because it has a plug on the wires that should plug into something, but i have nothing to plug into ?

Well as has been said, Thatcham requirements mean only an approved fitter should fit the alarm.  However, if you want to at least get the same level of protection then you need to immobilise the car at two points.

The wires from the alarm will most like be pairs of contacts on a relay that will break circuit when immobilised, so you wire them into another circuit like a switch.

Since the current carrying capacity of the wires may not be that high you could use them to drive a relay, and use the contacts from that to immobilise the car circuit.  Use the COMmon and NC pins, and wire the alarm contacts in series with the relay, grounding one side and taking the other to a 12V source for the relay coil

You can cut any of the following to disable the car:

Fuel Pump
Ingition coils
Fuel Injectors
Start Motor
ECU
Main Relay
