Hi guys as some of you will have noticed I am a newbie on the forum, got myself an RX recently, with the following mods:

HKS Super drager - cat back,
HKS EVC V
KOYO N-FLO Radiator
Greddy Airynx Twin flow filters
DECAT
FMIC and alloy piping

Some questions for you, since I am still lost with this wankel thing (Used to 2JZ-GTE)

1) Do I need an Apexi Power FC, if so how much and where can I get it mapped near Yorkshire?

2) What should standard boost be, I got boost spike of 0.9bar one cold day, but now I only get 0.7bar :spank (all read from the HKS, not an analogue source)????

3) was it right to disconnect the boost solenoids, from the elctrical system, as per HKS manual to fit the controller?

Any help would be appreciated....

Darren many of us run with power fc ecu as nicely mappable, nearest place is WGT (vendor at top of page) where many go as Pip there knows rotary\'s inside out, takes me a couple of hours drive from hull - dont risk anybody who doesnt specialise in rotary engines.ecu around £400 mark comes with a basic map on but as you have started to mod would want mapping sooner rather than later to get rid of spikes & take into account exhaust gases & airflow mods, also watch the fueling  - .7 probably standard boost.Pip took mine from 225rwhp to 287.5 rwhp before latest mods when i had new exhaust/induction fitted
