Iv removed my filters as the box has been replaced with hks filters but keeps the original pipework..
Im sure it sits in here (red circle) does this go into the large hole on the bov and just bolt onto that small bracket.. tis what iv done anyways lol

And iv attached the back of the bov with that little circle thing attached to a pipe and pluged it into the green circle on the plenum..

And iv removed this brown thing and the pipe

There should be two stock recirulating bov\'s.  Make sure you replace the one for the primary turbo, then you will get it sounding at low boost.

interloper393

theres one at the back and one 2 the front, iv removed the front one?

This is how mine used to look

You might be able to zoom in and check up close, it seems to come off the side of the turbo pack

interloper393

that looks how mines setup.. did you remove the 2 circ valves? the front one was connected to one of the air filters, i jus blocked that off?

There are 2 recirc valves on stock setup, one per sequenced turbo.  You only remove 1 to swap it out for the new one, leave the second one alone.  And yes, just blank off the return pipe to the intake..

interloper393

a few pipes cracked once i taken them off so i`ll check today and replace them, im sure she whoooshed the first time lol..

By reading your first post it sounds like you have plumbed it in correctly.  Check all is nice and tight, if necessary adjust the spring pressure (tighter) to get a louder noise..

interloper393

so screwing it in will make it louder?.. damm these no instructions lol..

If you imagine it in a crude form

the lesser the spring tension, the more the valve will open so a bigger space for the air to vent through, less noise

if you tighten it, the valve opens less and the air is forced out at a greater pressure to release the charge through a smaller space, hence a louder noise !

interloper393

so i take it we`r the only 2 up at this silly time :P cheers for the info and tips bud

cheers
