dont wanna sound like to much of a retard but is there a easy way to get the spark plugs out??????

strange_days_uk

get your arm in there with a socket, I crawled underneath the car to get the lower ones out, but you can get the top ones out looking down ..

its not that hard take the plenium off, jack the car up so your not bent over all the time. Get a small handled ratchet, a wobley socket head, a few different length extensions. It took me about an hour to do the first time i did it, all this can be done from the top of the engine rather than going underneath

From the top I thought was just a massive headache. I found it much easier and quicker to jack the car right up high and take the passenger wheel off.

Then it\'s much easier from underneath IMHO. Also make sure you have a 14mm spark plug socket (rather than the standard 12mm)... But I tried it from above but it just looked like to much trouble.
Montego Blue 94 R2 FD3S... Bling not included.

Looks a lot harder than it is. I changed mine for the first time ever yesterday - took about 25 minutes doing it from the top - if that. You just have to feel around as there is no way you can actually see what you are doing.

You can remove the black plastic intake elbow, gives more room for top access.
