my car wont idle

once the car is warm it keepes hunting between 700-1500rpm, when it starts from cold its fine but soon as u drive ir and stop at a junction etc it just hunts, after about 3 mins at idle it will settle down then, then about a minute later it will start again, this is with:
apexi power fc,air pump has been unplugged, induction, decat

any ideas would be helpful, spent a couple of hours searchin through old posts on here but nothin that realy helps.

have you had the apexi pfc mapped?
if not mapping will sort it generally. Also, plug the air pump back in that may help

hasn\'t been mapped yet, but i thought these were self learning to some extent?will be getting it mapped soon but need to get a few more miles on my rebuild first.
 plugged the air pump back in and it just runs at fast idle all the time?
