the only problem with a big table in the restaurant is the bill.  i really aint one to niggle over a few quid.  as would normally split the bill.  but with friends and partners not driving, if they drink wine etc or if someone has just maincourse and not starter and desert.  just makes it a bit unfair to split evenly etc.  

just my though, but i thought the order your own at the bar worked quite well. (sure we could organise a big table in the bar)

dont mind either way just wondered what others thought?  

cant wait till the next meet, at least i will have my car back by then,  prob not fully run in though, DOH

Looks like ill be in the same boat as you sam! i hate splitting bills cos i dont drink and i always end upi getting shafted for my mates alcohol costs! :Typing and being my size means i dont really eat all that much either! Infact, come to think of it, im not really happy splitting meals with anna co she totally outeat and drinks me

If we all sit around a table in the bar area we can individually go and order and pay for our food seperately.  Can only see that we would need to split the bill if we dined in the restaurant and I\'m not overly fussed about that.

Anyway, good meet, look forward to the next one.  Count me in.
