2mm should be just right. Dont know how much you would be charged though.

it takes about 2mins to actualy machine the rail. The main cost is setup to do this correctly. i just had some parts machined for my play car (gt4) prob cost in the region of 100+ quid it took my guy 5mins to make the parts but 2 hours for the setup. the parts fit perfect, this is down to the machinest beig damn good and a good drawing to work from. Please do not think it is just a case off taking whatever mill off, But it is how well it is done!

Rixio that is for a brand new rail and injector set up, I was just looking for a straight forward machining cost I\'ve got mates with engineering workshops that would gladely do it its just having an idea of what I\'d need them to do.

Takes 5 minutes to clock up square in a vice and 3 min to mill it off. £20 tops.

I got mine done for free its that easy. My machined rail and injectors is yours for £80 swap for your rail. I\'m going to 1600 secondarys so back to standard primarys.

If its that easy then I\'ll get a mate to machine the rail and I can pick up a set of injectors for 30 so I\'ll go that route, thanks for the offer jon, I am working on a fuel rail project at the moment anyway so the 850\'s will be temparary.

You wouldn\'t be able to pop up a quick sketch of what needs to be machined so I can forward it on to my mates?
