finish off building the fd for the 07 season

I shall be getting these bits sprayed and then fit them myself:

Vented bonnet
99 spec rear wing

New set of tyres.

Shall be keeping mine out of the wet/rainy conditions plus away from the \'Christmas Shopper\' drivers !!!!!!!

Oooo well shall i begin lol, i`ll spent ma whole winter in the garage lol, anyone selling a descent heater :3Confused

Here goes..

Remove engine, clean re-paint, polish the whole thing with uprated hoses all round. then rebuild
Respary all the body kit,
Blend in rear diffuser to rear bumper
Fit vents into front wings and respray.
Re-ad9 Bonnet to buy n fit hopefully lol..
Custom ice install to be made in the boot..
New front seats, possibly remove the rears..
Custom made front vents gauge pop to build.
Rebuilt door cards with added speakers

Thats whats planned and if the funds are ok then new parts a be:

Alloy radiator
Alloy ast
Remove the whole aircon system
Front or vmount Intercooler
Oil catch can...

Actually you reminded me I need to dig out an electric heater or 2 to put in the garage

Going to try and get a couple of custom made parts...i.e. TB elbow that is 45o in preparation for making a nice straight line to the vmount that i\'ll get eventually. And also the plastic pipe that goes from the y-pipe towards the intercooler...try and get a solid pipe here.

Building up for time attack 2007!
Will still take the car out for runs in the snow, lots of drifting without tire wear lol! Just make sure I give the car a complete wash afterwards to rid it of nasty salt!!

Nice bumper Jono! Won\'t those A-spec lights be a bugger to source though? I think it would look lovely with the 99 spec ones in.

My plan is to keep saving for next winters project. It\'s called \'Project 20k\' for a reason...

Not sure what to do with the lights as yet Dan dan.... might just bin them all to egther ad stick everything in the headlight conversion???

If not I\'ll make a mould and heat perspex to form the carrect shape.... it\'s not too hard, just got ot get the temp correct!!! Gonna try it in the old dears oven (gonna keep that bit quiet though!!!):yes

I meant the driver\'s door...the engine is still leaking at the moment...fingers still crossed.

Might have to get round to fixing the bent drivers door as it leaks a little when it rains and the drivers seat gets wet, which is not nice.
