tires?

on my 18"s that i havent yet fitted the current tyre size is front 18/235/40
and rear 18/265/35

it is for my FD, and i need some new rubber.  ahat should i do for tyres, stick the same eg,(f)35 and (r)40 or go both 35?
or do they have to be odd to make the rolling radius simular.

the 35 for example is 35% of the width(265) so as long as the tyres are the same size on the same axle, your ok
