Who wants Carbon door cards

what parts would be used of the original door cards?-obvouisly the switches but in terms of door pockets or would the carbon ones just be blanked over and what about the speaker grills? sorry about the questions but need to know dont mind about the door pockets but want the speakers still.

Like devils refugee said there will be 30 - 40 2nd hand ones for sale soon so could someone put me down for a set of them as both of mine are shagged.

your right they will be a simplfied vertion of the existing door panel, when they are mostly blanked as you said. all the orignal handles etc pockets will remain unless there is a demand for them not too? or i can ask for two different types.

With regards to speakers they will be blank when produced but as most (i would think) i\'m cutting they grills in so the factory speaker grills can be used. i\'m happy to do anyone elses aswell cause i enjoy to that kind of stufff

what about the passenger door handle...will it be a new one or will the exsisting one have to be used?

the existing one will be used, the mould would be very complex in order to in corperate it. Also if people have colour coded ones to match the rest of their interior it means that you can keep

the end product will look the same as the original.... or as close to it as possible same curves etc....

With regards to the CAD image unfortunalty it does not work like that with things like this. The mould is taken of the origianl panel then depending on how complexit is its simplifed once its in the moulders hands however they are aware that it must maintain a factory look.

My upmost apologies for the lack of being able to provide pics etc but i can tell you these guys do superbike farings, bikes tanks etc etc for a lot of the big boys in the racing circle so they do know there stuff and they are very very capible

if their happy to do a version without the pocket then let me know. if it\'s to much hassle then i will still have set with the pocket- its just that the door pockets are pretty useless and easily get broken or cracked in my opinion and it would look nicer with out it

I want some of these but a few other things have materialised which need fixing first.

Can you get me an exact quote with the injection of paint into the process ?
Probably looking for either factory silver or \'winning/ champion\' blue (whatever the RX8 metallic blue colour is called)

Also, is there any chance of producing other interior bits ??

I think given the many questions over quality, it would be good if you could get your mate to produce your set first, then post up some pics of the finish for everyone to see prior to commitment.

If the finish is good, and they fit well, then I am still up for a pair at the asking price.
