Sorry this may be a bit small but it gives you an idea what comes off where.

There is quite a few write ups one way or another on this subject though..

Open driver door, take side panel with vent off (on the right of dash just unclips/pulls off).  There are a couple of screws then that you can see to undo.  There are also screws in the footwell underneath the dash, and you need to unscrew the shroud behind steering wheel then unclip that.  Pretty easy really..
