Mazdaspeed B-131?

I have a gold coloured (riveted) plaque on my tailgate which reads: Tuned in Tokyo. It is stamped Mazdaspeed B-131.

My car is a \'96 Type RS with Mazdaspeed spoiler and skirts, and a Mazdaspeed logo\'d exhaust backbox (not sure of the spec of the rest of the system as yet).

I wonder if anyone knows what type of tuning this indicates, if any? Or is it \'just a badge\' :xconfused
