Just a rough guide but heres what i think:

Turbo kit, including manifold, downpipe and wastegate (500-2000 depending on what you want, check out //www.cheapturbos.com for some ideas
Apexi Power FC ECU and commander £400 from a guy on ebay
boost controller £100-£400
uprated radiator £300
uprated leads and plugs £160
uprated injectors and fuel pump and regulator £500
Large front mount intercooler £200
mapping £350
cat back exhaust and De-cat pipe you probably already have

I\'d say those prices are a bit on the optermistic side. Depending on the size of the turbo you need to think about and uprated rad is at least 450 and a large front mount at least 600.

Do a quick search for GT35r and theres lots of links :)

Also if you buy a manifold and downpipe from USA make sure it fits a RHD car, Alot of LHD stuff won\'t fit our cars on the manifold side !

Might be worth getting your engine re-built and ported to match your turbo as well, if you want it to work well and make the numbers.

i dont think you need to spend £600 on a decent intercooler. Have a look on ebay, if not the UK one then try the US or AU one as they have good deals on there

shaunwil

I did look on ebay and bought a second hand tripple core trust intercooler from RHDjapan for around £250. It came without pipes and cost another few hundred quid to pipe up. Its all the extras you don\'t think about that bump the cost up.

how do you tell if its a 2 or 3 core??

shaunwil

Usually its down to the overall thickness of the intercooler. The tripple cores are usually 100mm thick. I think the twin cores are closer to 75mm.

Plus they usually state how many core it is :p

I\'d say think about what your going to use it for before you plat which way to go!!!

If you want a Drag car, Big Turbo,FMIC etc

If you want a Road/Trackday car Smaller Turbo (Gt45R or GT40R etc but make sure you get the Larger T4 footprint Turbo with a .96 don\'t go smaller) and go V-mount.

Then you have to look what HP your Aiming for?? yjr comon ones about 400hp for this you could run a GT35R with a SMIC and water injection if you want to keep it very roadable, you can always turn the boost down this way to help prolong itslife etc.

So its down to What you plan to use it for?? Think carfuly becouse Track cars don\'t tend to work well in a Drag or Drift situation and vise versa.
