Max Power on stock twins, Ports Airbox, Catback & Cat

Hi,

this might seem like an odd question, but I really really want more power from the stock sequential twins, BUT I dont want an increase in noise. At the moment Im just trying to weigh up whether it would be worth it or if the stock parts would cause too much restirction and hence make it a waste of money?

I realise that the stock exhaust system is going to be a huge strangler of power as is probably the cat.

But what sort of power figures at the rear wheels can I realistically aim for with the following modifications?

Stock In tank Fuel Pump + Bosch 044 Fuel Pump & Swirl Pot
Larger Injectors (probably put the secondaries in the primaries and go for slightly larger secondaries)
Apexi Power FC
Stock Downpipe
Stock Airbox system
Stock Exhaust with a Hi-flo Cat
Larger Intercooler
Aluminium Radiator
Increased Boost with uprated fuelling and intercooler taken care of)

I plan to strip the engine down and rebuild it when I return from florida at the end of next month and am probably gonna buy a lot of bits while im across there if I deem it worthwhile. Otherwise I will rebuild the engine back to standard specification with new parts and standard jap ECU run on optimax maybe with an adjustable FPR type thing to supply a little bit extra fuel? (a story which I shall come back to in the near future for those who know me and are wondering whats going on)
Does anyone have any opinions or advise on this as I would greatly appreciate any input.

I did speak to Tony (antnicuk) regarding one of the options but I would welcome any further input.
