HELP PLEASE - Fresh Rebuild water in the oil

Hi

Any help would be greatly appreciated

We have just done a fresh rebuild and have just put the engine back in the car.  We were filing up the radiator and the coolant is flowing out of the sump.  The car is a 1990 FC Turbo 2

Any ideas??
