i thought you were in le mans even if it is done?
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

Yes we are will be, but I was/am hoping it will be completed so as I could take it to   rotostock, as we don\'t leave till the 3rd June!

Forgot to mention. I saw norski\'s car at wgt on saturday. All I can say is "oh my God". The work that has been done to it is absolutely outstanding. This is definately a very big job. Just for quick reference the engine is a good 3in lower than in the stock position and is way back in the engine bay, all without the firewall being altered. Guy with a RX8 being tuned just looked and didn\'t really understand what was under the bonnet. Sounds awesome, quiet in a cosmo way. Very muscular sound, sweet as a nut !

Huge monster turbo that looks the business and everything looking perfect.

All i can say is awesome isn\'t strong enough for the amount of work pip has put into it !

Is it still there Shaun? I was under the impression Normski was collecting the sat after rotorstock

He was collecting it to take the car to lemans. I think he said it had 130 miles on the engine.

Very, Very impressive

Sorry for the Delay Normski, I took these pics while the engine was still being built, The turbo is Monsterous!, talking to pip about it he\'s not anticipating massive lag from it either!

Good luck with it fella, an thanks for the boost controller  :god

How do you manage huge turbo, minimal lag....does not compute!!!!... :2Confused....Project looks awesome though... :chat
FD or not FD? that is the question.

MikeLMR

huge turbo on a big engine = no lag

TBH I\'m not entirely sure either, obviously a ball bearing an ceramic bladed unit will help faster spool up, but pip mentioned something about the torque the tripple puts out?

As I said this isn\'t something I know a lot about so I\'m not saying it\'s fact, just what I picked up in the conversation. It might have been not much lag for a turbo of this size or on this engine?

It\'s a 20b so flows a third more exhaust gasses. I\'m running a garret GT42 on mine on boost at 3000rpm and no lag. If anything its a bit on the small size

In the case of the Bugatti Veyron: Huge engine + quadruple turbos= lag.......... lag..........lag....Ohmygod takeofffffffffffffffffffffff... :chat
