Injectors

Im need bigger injectors for my FD. Just need to know what i need & how much everything costs. How much will fitting be? Is it simple enough to do myself?

Cars running 316hp on a Street Ported Engine & Full system from downpipe but stock injectors...

If you know you have 316hp does this mean that someone has looked at the map and told you that you need to uprate the injectors ?

With the mods you have you will probably be OK with stock injectors, but if you want them uprated then secondary injectors in the primary\'s will do for your mods but you will need a remap to fit these or the 1600\'s.

Yes you could fit a 1600cc kit but this is a bit of a task if you have all the stock vacuum  and solenoid stuff in the way and you will also need a regulator and uprated fuel pump.

I\'m looking at doing this soon.  Ive been advised you need injectors, rail, pump then mapping (and you know how much its costs at WGT for that!!)   Pretty much going to cost £500-600 plus mapping I reckon

Hmm...looks like another grand then...

I was speaking to a tuner from the states and we have come to the conclusion that my car needs larger ones. Also Pip said they are at 98% cycle and thats probably why im getting the fuel cuts...

If i hold the revs steady at anything above 5k whilst @ standstill you can hear the burble as though its not getting enough fuel.
