Completely stumped with Boost creep problem, what else can it be????

Hi Gord,

I am getting somewhere now,  I have changed the pipe coming from the wastegate back into the down pipe and polished the shaft (oooeerrr) of the valve as it wasnt moving very smoothly and it has certainly helped.  Its low enough to get it mapped now.
