ICE in gen 1\'s

Hi All

Quick question,  can you fit a normal DIN size head unit into the gen 1 easily?

Do you need a harness or is it wired the old fashioned way?

Also  reare speakers.. anyone recommend a replacement thats fits. I\'m not sure what size they are?

I fitted a 60w apline head unit with no trouble, went for 6.5" JBL components but had to make slightly lager holes for the rear bass/mids.

I have a big boom box just under the rear bumper that also spits flame about 3 feet. Missus got no hair on her legs now and the dog is deaf :eek

Thanks,  do they require an ISO fitting on these?  Are the rear speakers 6" or 6.5"?

I reckon they\'re 6" cos my 6.5s were a squeeze.  I suggest you measure carefully.
