Blutzboy,  sounds like you got the same set as me.  040 feeding swirl pot.....  044 feeding the engine.....  whats modified about your 044?

I\'ve heard some bad reports about the walbro so I decided to get a bosch pump. A supra or skyline uprated pump are worth looking into as well apparently.

Far as I know, there are two versions of Walbro pumps. Make sure its the high flow version.

I know many FD owners here in the states with walbro pumps and only few had bad luck with them. But most of the time, you can either hear it go bad or it will go bad from the beginning.
