New steering wheel and boss, horn not working

FD3S - When I took off the steering wheel, there is a little plug sticking out that you have to connect it into for the horn to work.  Well the boss I\'ve got has a copper contact strip running round the base that is supposed to connect with a corresponding strip on the car.

No horn working.

Any ideas ?  Anyone fixed this problem before ??

that might be a FC steering boss, well at least thats how it is on mine anyway, cant exactly remember what the fd one looks like, but am pretty sure you have  FC boss there,
