Could i point out aswell : you note TecVet is uninterested in anything to do with kieron?? (due to the fact there is no immediate legal action from either party) Straight in pickin on lil old me, now i\'m not bothered by this at all but to jump in straight away and to bring up things that have had no mention in the past 2 threads just seems a little sus to me.

one other that would rather i didn\'t metion names as he does not wanr to get caught up in all this.

Have all had problems or work that has suposedly been done ,and hasn\'t, on all the cars. So this is not an isolated problem. The fact that you are suggetsing that i deliberatly turned the boost up to an "unsafe" level is ludicrus? I don\'t claim to be a machanic and never have however i\'m not stupid? anyone with half a brain knows that boosting a rotary even over 1 bar boost could be risky. Unless what your trying so say is that i turned it up on perpose just to blow the car up?

As i said before the car showed signs of this boost problem from a very early stage hence all the trips back to RX Heaven where it didn\'t ever get sorted.

Although there is clearly poor workmanship involved, I agree with John Yorke, its far better to try to get it resolved before the forum slamming begins. I am not on anyones side I will add, never even met Nigel Fright.

I\'m not sure about James McCarthy, but I have already tried talkign to rx heaven about this, would you like to post up our e-mail conversations? They were not helpful at all!!! I recieved a threatening phone call on Monday 7th Nov at 18:39 and one more at 19:17. and before you ask YES it was to do with them as the 1st thing the guy said was:

"I have been asked to call you by Nigel Fright..."

This in my eyes is not on! I am not going to give in!
After this is over I will have nothign to do with rx heaven.

I wouldn\'t just for the moment could be more useful if you just keep them to yourself for now.

I would say with that GTR fourm link to send to clive, glenn and gary. It make some very good pionts that where questioned about the thread on hear thar was removed.
