Depends how much of a **** you expect them to give about the end result. I\'ve paid 50 quid at a place reputed to have a decent laser setup and it been predictably bad, on the other hand you can pay a couple of hundred plus easy...

Wherever you go, let us know what you think of the results. The guys use Micheldever Tyres which has a very good reputation - but then its convenient for us too.

I will try a local place as it was ok last time when it was free, it will be easy to tell as it couldn\'t get much worse. :eek

I phoned up the place local to me where i had it done for free last time and have been quoted £26.43 for checking and any adjusting that is needed. :)

Was charged £128 at Elite in Rainham. Good service and workmanship but too expensive. It must be said that everything needed adjustment as all the bushes were just replaced and it was completely out.

Car handles great now though, and it\'s setup exactly to my specs.

mine was at Elite in Rainham too. It depends what needs to be done but mine was £49.95 for the 4-wheel alignment and camber adjustment £9.95 per corner = £105.45 (incl VAT)

I had mine done the other month, and the lads were fab! bit out of your way mind!! Haverfordwest (west Wales!) The car was on the ramp for 6 Hours to get the exact setup I wanted and everything is correct to 0.01 of a degree!!!! cost me £60 as the car was actualy in on the ramp for 24 hours as one of the adjusters spun a thread!!!

She\'s like a giant go kart now, great fun to drive!

Well went to get my alignment done today only to be told by the moody old man behind the counter that they couldn\'t do it on my car as the equipment wouldn\'t fit on the wheels???  I politley pointed out it had been done on a simlar car before at there establishment and it would be ok.  They point blank refused to even give it a try and told me to go away.

So in the end i went to ATS, not normally a place i would frequent but they let me assist and came away happy.  It cost about £30.

AVOID TREAD FIRST if you can.

Does anyone know if when getting a replacement tyre if you can part ex the one that comes off if it has only done 200 miles??
