TO4E power band?

What kind of power does a T04E (external waste gate) make with Power FC, big font mount and fuel pump on an unported engie???? Just curious on rough ideas.

Depends on state of engine & who tuned the car & what bopost but you would be looking a round 330 rwhp @1bar

Myself and Ant have both pushed T04E\'s and both ended at around 430 at the fly @1.2 bar both new engines, both ported. Think thats preety much about max for them, but being small they deliver the power smooth and spool up nice and quick. Great little turbo.

Engine has been tuned by RX motors, just built not run in yet  i\'m still waiting to collect it. Sounds like she will make for a nice daily driver. i couldn\'y afford to get it ported with all the other work that needed doing the last engine was  a total lose, apparently nothing was reuseable so i had to start with a totally differant engine (well 2nd hand blown engine). So that was my porting money gone. When i change the turbo in the future i\'ll get it ported then.......

i can\'t wait to get her back i had her a year or so now and its ony been runnihg for about 3-4 months of that......... if even that much!!!!

I know what you mean, i got my RX back in January, and it\'s now sat on my drive waiting for a rebuild. With one thing and another i\'ve only had around 3 months driving time.....  But i wouldn\'t dream of getting rid or swapping it for anything else, the car is just sooooo great... Can\'t wait to get mine running again  :D

john yorke has a to4e and is getting over 400 rwhp.....he has a RE engine though...not sure if its ported...think so!

and so has the porting.   Me thinks they are probably huge!
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

To4E - Great Turbo for decent power and daily driver!

 My advise, Try running the twins in parallel as it\'s a similar feel and power!
 Doesn\'t cost sod compared to a \'Proper\' single conversion...... and also has the simplicity of a Single!
