Changing standard Type R steering wheel

Guys,

I need to take my steering wheel off and put it back on.

Pulled off the rubber covering the horn but can see the horn underneath and also a plastic sort of shield round it. this seems loose at the top sides but not at the bottom.

Anyone got a how to when taking the steering wheel off ?

The plastic bit just pulls off too, at least mine did anyway.  It has locators so you need to get it lined up when you pop it back in.  It makes the horn contacts.

Lol I hadnt even got that far !!

Just took the initial rubber cover off.

Didnt see there was a screw underneath that holds the horn assembly on.
Undid this and job was a piece of cake.

At least I know now for when I get a Momo wheel !!!!
