is 97 degrees too hot?

MIne sits at 87 max on a motorway run/ fast drive .. and goes down to 84ish for town driving .
Mine never goes abover 87 degree\'s when driving around .
BUt goes up to 105 when turn it off sometimes . highest 109 .

I got a PFC and set for the fan to kick in at 88 i think.
