non sequential turbos

This may help too, just to confirm things. The revs at certain speed, in certain gears! If it\'s not reading whats in this table, then its definately screwed! (Mine isn\'t, so that\'s how i knew!) - Sorry for the badly formed copy and paste - I can do HTML, but i can\'t be bothered right now!!

First column is 1st is revs, 2nd column is 1st gear, 3rd column 2nd gear, etc, etc.

So, in 1st gear, at 7000rpm, you should be doing 63mph. In 3rd gear, at 4000rpm, you should be doing 84mph. And so on, and so on.

LOL! Nik I have a strange feeling that table is KM/H. Still , imagine 362 !!!! Adn just look at reverse! 84 ! Imagine trying to drive backwards that fast!!!

Oh and I think you meant 7500 rpm in 1st is 63Mph.

There is now went out last night took it to the buzzer and water started ****ing out everywhere.  Cloud of smoke behing me lifted the bonnet and water everywhere.

good thing its leaking outside the engine !! Probably the plastic AST tank on the left of the engine, just in front of power steering pump.

found the problem the little hose under the charge pipe went bang £1 fix good stuff.  i will try and get on with the problems now.   martiny any luck with your problem mate?

yea she is runnig really nice now.  it feels good when you take it all the way up the rev range.  Now i can get on with the rear bushes.

No Ive put it all back to sequential, so I am back to 10-8-8. Now I am fitting a gate to the house, and a few other diy jobs, then I go to Canada for 2 weeks, so, not much progress soon Im afraid.

im still in kph anyway as i have problems with the speedo convertor that i got of ebay.  where did you buy yours from?

aha! I\'m lucky....ish! My speedo went tits up too, so i had to replace it. Went to RX motors and they sold me an english one! So it\'s automatically in MPH Woohoo!

The ebay one is a load of old garbase is it?
