Well here we go, a main pic, and a link to a directory full of pics. Gave her a wee clean as well and now shes in the garage awaiting whatever I\'m gonna do as a start. You\'ll see from the pics that theres a few bits of the roof ripped, a wee bit on the passenger door, and a tiny almost unnoticable bit on the drivers seat. Paintworks quite bad, so she WILL be gettin a full respray, dunno the best way to go about it, but things like the bumpers, sills, handles (inside and out) the wee bit on the front of the bonnet, the badges and the wee detail bit on the rear quarter that comes from the door, the window surrounds, the rear light surrounds etc....all look a bit shabby. Need to find out what was in the gap on the dash, and hopefully fill it with something! If theres anything ive missed etc, please feel free to mention it! Enjoy!!!

***EDIT***
Oh and as you can see it aint a rotary........yet, thats sitting at the other end of my garage!!!!

Here\'s the rest.........

It doesn\'t look bad at all.. a lot better than most unrestored cars! What\'s it like underneath?
The hole in the dash, wait for it, is for an 8 track stereo deck... not recommended. I may have a stand alone casette deck which would fill the hole and still give a retro feel if you\'re interested.
Are you planning on keeping it automatic?

ive got a cassette/radio in the top slot already, so i dunno what to out in it, big NOS button? lol well if im puttin it back to mostly how it was, then no, got the manual sitting in the garage along with the original engine, the engine in now has doen 57k and the original has done less than that, but had people tell me just leave the engine, had people say put the rotary back in, which id love to do, but its the time...ok not the time (maybe for my mechanic!) but the cost! lol i decided in the end, itll be a nice original red, or if not a BRIGHT, like post box or ferrari red. Underneaths pretty good my mechanic friend told me, I havent had a look, and tbh wouldnt know quite what to look for (but i assume a lack of rust is a good start!!!) its had some rust repared in the last few years, but only small patches. So what would anyone else pay for this car in the condition its in including the original 12a, gear box, carb etc etc etc??

That looks damn tidy! I\'ll put some of those pics on my website if it\'s alright with you ;)

I see the original hydrolic clutch bits are still attached which will save you some fiddling later on.

ska
