Got my car back from the body shop after a big front end ding to find that there is now a sound from the near side front that sounds as though the front wheel is about to drop off. I took it to my local back street garage thinking it was just a colapse wheel bearing. They couldn\'t find any signs of wheel bearing wear but they did say one of my rear shocks was leaking oil...

So, I now need new brake disc\'s, new shocks and the car is booked in with my local main dealer to figure out what this knocking noise is.

Does anyone have any recomendation as to discs and shocks to use. I figured that Tarox discs look good although are £200 each and the standard discs are only £46 each! any thoughts.

Also my shocks are as they came from japan. They are adjustable and are set at 8? so quite hard. I don\'t mind the ride and quite fancy keeping adjustables. Are there any that go up to 11  :rollin What would be the popular choice for adjustables?
