Hi guys,
Just wondering what dump valves you use on yours, and what you think of it?
On my last rex, I had HKS SSQV, from what I read, the SSQV being a pull type unlike push types, wouldnt cause idling problems.  I was quite happy with it and was gonna get another one for the current rex.
Met up with a mate last night, and was told that lots of people in the Mr2 forum are dumping their SSQV coz some sort of leak or ....... ???   :xconfused

Cheers

Kieron

I have the SSQV on my mr2 and ive never had any problems with it, apart from the fact it got on my tits and I ended up getting the re circ kit for it.

I didnt have any problem with mine, but then I only had it for two months.

Kieron

had mine for over 2 years, I\'m sure it will be ok, if not go for the greddy one.

Change the insert then, I had all the inserts you can get for it, silver, purple and re circ. Nothing wrong with the SSQV.  :spank

The one I had before\'s purple.  What\'s the difference with other inserts??

Cheers

Kieron

Silver is very loud, re circ is silent.

On a standardish car (Cat back, Filter, FCD) is it worth putting an after market BOV on, or are people doing it purely for the noise?
Brap Brap Brap Brap

nikp

I\'m thinking of doing it to simplify my air induction lines.

Anyone tried Greddy or Sards??
