Warning - Please Dont Waste Your Time

Thought that I would stop others wasting there time if trying to buy the RX7 for spares on ebay!

Having spoken to WAYNE on the phone and agreed a price, I drove from Northants, to Kiddaminster to pay him the money as not to mess him around with false promises,then collect the car on Saturday.
After getting stuck in traffic for 3 and half hours, just about to turn off the motorway when I recieved a call saying that he had SOLD the car to anither buyer from ebay and if I could match the price .....£600 more he would let me have it!

As you can imagine... NOT HAPPY.

Please do not get caught out with this guy!!

Thought I\'d buy the whole car just incase really! ,then wouldve had spares to help anyone out on the site really was my thinking.

To be honest not sure that the car was even his to sell, NO PLATES etc etc........


Got to send my radiator off to try to be repaird today, might need a secondhand rad if they cant fix mine.

Also any garage you trust near Northamptonshire to service or repair 3rd gen rx7 would be of help.

Why don\'t you post a \'negative\' response in the feedback section of Ebay. won\'t be of any real use, just would make me feel better if i\'d had the run around you had.:reallymad

Where do you get your work on your car done?

I do remember seeing a red one locally a year or so ago. I was told the guy sold it to get a TVR.

As for work on my cay, I\'ve only had it six months so no garage work yet. The previous owner had it maintained at Hurley in Coventry and as they\'re local I will probably stay with them until I have a reason not to.

My close friend sold me the car and now has a TVR TUSCAN!

mmm nice, but oh yes its in the garage having a new engine already!!!! 13,000 miles and shot already! great build quality the TVR.
