Billet Alloy Pulleys

I have started a project to machine some billet alloy pulleys for my rx, I am going to replace the crank shaft, water pump, alternator, idler and power steering pulleys. I don’t have air pump so won’t need this one. I will do a progress report and include some photos.

As promised update of project, have now machined alternator pulley as below.

Looking very nice mate, only problem it makes the alternator look bad now!

well hold your horses, if you look closer you will see that the alternator is in bits ready for polishing.

Si have you been spying on my sketches? If you look again at picture of alternator pulley, the front edge is bigger than the back. This is to allow for the final op, this is to allow for your request.
