Hi all,

After hitting something in the road (something invisible, as they always are) it appears to have wiped out a sensor towards the rear of the car about a couple of feet away from the rear and a foot away from the drivers side. I\'m assuming its the O2 sensor? It\'s been dangling nicely under the car and the road\'s helped completely remove it altogether :)

Could someone please post their O2 sensor reading from their Apexi PFC please?  The warning light is permanently on now, Im hoping that this is why, and may explain my dodgy start up where the idle wont hold until I keep the revs up for a few minutes at least.

.. mine constantly flicks between 0.09v and 0.11v with just the electrics on btw.

Cheers.

Cheers for the help,

sounds more like ur cat sansor that is in the middle of the car..my 02 sensor is on the downpipe at the top of the car in the engine bay never heard of one at the rear of the car..which light is on is it the heat sensor

I think you could be right as that would make a lot more sense, I dont have a cat so didnt think of it, but now you mention it then perhaps the cat overheat is still wired up to the overheat lamp.

I\'ll see if I can source a picture of the part and see if it\'s similar (hard to tell its mostly disintegrated), unless anyone has any suggestions whilst I\'m doing so, ie. removing it altogether. Shame it doesnt explain the cold start idle, but that\'s only a small problem anyway.

Cheers for the suggestion.
