i did back to back testing of the turbo ii UIM to the FD UIM,  same rolling road, same day, same tune and there was virtually nothing in it.  Look on RX7club.com and you can see the dyno sheets.  Search under by threads started by me.  (Antnicuk)
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

Arg, I can\'t find it, there is a video of an FC running a GT45 on the OEM UIM and making about 800bhp lol

Here it is:

Although it might be a 13B-RE?

That FC is crazy! Love to see that at Santa Pod lol

Well mine won\'t exactly be slow lol should be running mid 13s on standard turbo, and then much quicker when I get the T88 fitted lol ^_^

I have an adaptor plate, not sure if I am going to use it or not, need to check the compatability of FC and FD TBs to find out whats best :)

So not really worth doing then - other than having the UIM inlet at a different angle :)  (not looked at the US thead but will do)

If you want to squeeze every single ounce of HP out of your set then go for it, I had a street port and a GT35/40 turbo.  I was also using an Apexi Power FC, which was for an FD, so using the FD TPS was easier.
