What to look for? buying a Rx7 twin turbo

Hey all!

im new to the forum, im currently in the middle of selling my Subaru Impreza turbo, as i want a Rx-7 Twin Turbo, whats the things to look out for when looking at any i find for sale?

ill probably end up with an imported one from the UK from Japan (im in Jersey channel Islands)

few pics of my scooby below if interested but cant wait to get a RX7!!

Hello from Geurnsey!

 Who are you going to buy it from?  Theres a decent Rx7 R2 for sale over here, I was gonna buy it to go with my others but my finances kinda fell through!

 The interior could do with a clean.  Watch out for any that have been in use around the isalnds for any amount of time though, \'cos I know that super unleaded is scarce over here, not sure how you fare on the other island.  Theres a red \'92 for sale in CI to but steer well clear \'cos she is a dog!

 The R2 has about 48.000miles on the clock, its black, has an unknown make of rear spoiler.  Apexi CAT back exhaust and an HKS Turbo timer.  Has a CAT 1 Cobra and 4 new tyres. (All paid for with my deposit before my cash flow went tits up)

 Car is very clean, there were no dents etc on it when I took it out, I think its up on Bluechips forecourt for £8000.  It would need to be SVA\'d if it was to be imported to the main land however.
