What sort of power?

Im probably going to be fitting an Apexi next year and as such shall also do the following mods at the same time:
Down Pipe & silenced mid pipe.

I already have a Blitz Back box and a Mostly Mazda ram air induction kit.

What sort of power could be expected from the additional mods? When I get it mapped it shall be a safe conservative map thats done running on Optimax.
Car is a 1994 JDM. Does this mean it does not need a cat at all for the MOT?

Also how important is it to upgrade the intercooler?

Once i got my car one of the first points of call was the radiator, got a bigger aftermarket rad to cope with the cooling.

Intercooler also the next best thing to upgrade, this time of year you wont notice it much but in the summer will pay:)
