whatis a 1994 l reg 43000 miles black wuth veilside front and rear spoilers fancy wheels exhaust and filters worth
im thinking of taking it as px on my own car it was bought from newera last year for 11k buy what is it realistically worth now
any advice would be gratefull

Be generous - £8k to £9k, but I doubt you\'d get that back. Of course how much you offer as PX would depend on how desperate you are to sell your motor, and also what your motor is worth.

Its also worth bearing in mind the rebuild factor. Although the car was probably pretty good coming from Newera you dont know how its been treated or wether or not it has has a rebuild already?

About 8K sounds about right though.

as far as im aware hasnt had a rebuild
when will it require one?
it has had regular servicing and oil changed every 1500 miles
to my knowledge
i have 1990 r32gtr skyline i need to sell just had 7k engine and turbo rebuild running about 450bhp and was wanting 10k for her
i have been offered rx7 and 1500 cash in a px deal
would the rx7 sell for 8500 or should i be looking for more cash from the deal
rx7 is mint inside and out and really clean under bonnet
with nice apexi filters and hard pipe kit and large greddy intercooler and just had new clutch fitted and front discs and new pads all round
i dont intend to keep it just move it on as i need the funds

If it has been well looked after then dependant on how much you use, she SHOULD be good for around 2 years. i.e no starting her up only to find water seals gone.

Then again, when the inevitable does arrive its nowhere near the same amount as what the Skybus rebuild is

Sounds a good deal if you are also getting around 1500 on top of the FD.
