May require mapping matey, get her mapped and all will be revealed as it could be running very lean???

the afr is 10.64 so it should be ok on that front

Hmmmmm, and are the boost settings ok???

If so another thing to look at is getting the injectors serviced maybe??? other than that the fuel pump???

I asume you are running a PFC?  10.9 AFR at tickover? If so that is very rich. that kind of AFR is for full boost. Also check your tickover settings it maybe stalling when your fans cut in and you may need to raise electrical load tickover rate a bit. Also you might want to check if O2 feedback is switched on ( If it is, you could see if it runs better with O2 feedback off, which would indicate a bad O2 sensor).

Change your spark plugs.
Make sure that you put some BUR7EQ(P) in the leading(Bottom) and BUR9EQ(P) in the trailing(Top).
It could just be that they are carboned up.
If that does not work then maybe you need a compression test as your engine maybe getting tired.
Kind regards

Could it have something to do with the O2 sensor as it only seems to be happening while you are idling.... and it is intermittent by the sound of things. Also check the Idle control valve as it may be working hard to keep the engine from stalling.

Just a guess
