I have been on their site and they do some very very good deals. Anyone used them coz Auz is a long way away so I want to make sure they are reputable and reliable

Cheers

Yep...used them several times and they have been spot on mate... no problems what so ever.  Paid with paypal, and got the goods in a couple of weeks.  Can\'t fault them.

Dont hold out for a reply to an email. I have emailed twice and not got a reply. Have heard they are good with orders though, maybe its just email replys they have difficulty with.

I had a reply from them but it took a few days. Have just ordered a catch tank and a pulley set from them :cool

Hi all

First e-mail to them was day before yesterday, received reply last night. Sent them another e-mail with a few questions and got a reply back today so all in all the e-mail thing is fine for me...

Going to order a Power FC with Commander I think coz the price is unbeatable. Also chucking in an Apexi Rad cap for good measure. All in delivered to my door for well under £500...bargain :D

They have told me 10-12 days delivery :D

Dont forget tho, if customs get their dirty hands on it, you\'ll get an extra charge of about 17.5% VAT and 5% handling charge you\'ll be looking at around £620 intead :reallymad

all the years I\'ve been buying stuff from Japan/USA etc I have only once had to pay duty ;)

You just need to ask nicely if they will do you a favour before shipping...hehehe

Most times they do, if they don\'t, you risk it and see what happens. even then I\'ve never been charged.

First time I got stung on some injectors from the states, because it was my first time importing I wasn\'t sure what to do, you live and learn.

Worst case is you get them to mark the value down and pay less duty than you should. With this you run the risk of if it goes missing you will only get back what value they put. Not good on a £1000 turbo which is valued at £100

But thems the risks involved in saving a few extra coppers.
