Beep when you hit red

Daft question but when iget to the redline my car beeps at me to warn me.


Is thei a standard feature on the fd??

not just on the FD all RX7s have the change up buzzer. Mazda thought the rotary is so smooth that we wouldn\'t be able to tell by engine note when to change so they kindly installed the buzzer!

just dont do what i did on the 1/4 run

booting away in 2nd , buzzer kicked in - i listened to it for a few seconds before i actaully realised what it was

Cheers guys, I think its fanstatic really handy,

 grinder that\'s what i did first time, put my foot down heared a beep and backed off, did it about 6 times before i reallised what it was
