That day was just awesome! Beautiful FDs and 8s as far as eye can see. I was in heaven. Chilly wind though...

And all those other cars too. I was just loving those old school cars. Really amazing stuff. Some of those I have never seen here...

That holiday was on of the best, maybe the best I have ever had. Good weather, beautiful places, visiting Jon, Jon breaking my rental, see Clive racing, scarypooping Jons car at track...

Damn, I had just amazing time

You need to get over for Japday mate... come out with me on my home circuit. Such a better atmosphere at Combe...so closer to track action, Jap cars all compacted into the circuit border...very festival like...

But yes, I can see that. When we left from "your area" to Silverstone, we went thru Combe. Really nice looking place. I usually like smaller tracks just because of atmosphere. And Silverstone was really BIG

I was just few days ago thinking that event, IÂ´m quite sure that we didnt see half of that area and cars...?

I love events at Combe, and the track too, plus the nearby village is so beautiful. As Jon says, the atmosphere at Combe Shows is so much better than at most UK events and you can easily walk around the whole event whilst keeping close to all the track action.

The RX-8 OC were disappointed with the Japfest event at Silverstone last year and have decided not to support Japfest in 2017, doing just JDM Combe.

The only issue is track ettiquette...or lack there off....the action days are carnage....its ok in my colt but anything decent worth some money is a risk with all the hoonigans on track...it really is not policed well.
