Fd heat light

Ive recently change dash cluster from a dodgy 1 to another dodgy 1 lol.
Query is regarding heat light...does it come on pos 2 with batt abs etc?
Just checking mine works.

Heat light on an FD is purely for if the cat overheats, common trick years ago was to tuck the wire up behind the heat shield so the wire saw an earth and kept the light off
