Hankook Tyres v12 evo shocking response.

Hankock ! V12 evo tyres...these are there performance tyres and ive basically been told its my driving thats caused the sidewalls to split to the point that i have to change them at 6mm tread! both front tyres have done it and you can see in 2nd picture how it manifests itself...ok these things happen but there response was shocking....and judging by my interent search im not the only 1 whose had this problem first and LAST time i buy hankooks. only good now for monkeys!
