Door mirror removal issue

So I got my doors off and want to remove the mirrors. After remembering the mirrors swing around to reveal screws I find that one screw in each appears to be seized solid! I have yet to try an impact driver if indeed I can get it onto the screw. Is there any other way to get the mirrors off or will I just have to drill out the screw if it won't go? That or spray the door with the mirror on which I would prefer not to do!

2 screws is what holds it in mate, I had the same issue, needed up having to drill them out and just fixed back with new flat head screws.
