metalic rattle at 40mph and above

Hi guys. I am hearing a metalic noise around 40mph and above. It happens when the gears are engaged or when coasting and goes on and off. Any ideas? Thanks (fd3s)

Sorry forgot to say it sounds like its under the car and also the noise remains when brakes are on

Heat sheild , on cat, or downpipe or rear box even pending whether its still standard or not.
