Hi new to the Forum.

I am seriously considering a FD.

Are these a good idea for a daily driver, even if I find a well kept example?

I've been told that a small power/low boost single turbo car is better than the stock twin turbos, due to the rats nest?

Or should I stick with a standard car?

Hi Az a belated  :welcome: to the MRC.

I'm not the best one to answer questions on an FD, having only owned and FB and RX-8, but there plenty of guys on here who can advise. I do know there are several members who use their FD's (both stock and single turbo conversions) as a daily. It shouldn't really be a problem if well maintained and you can stand the fuel cost (easier now with fuel at 99p at some places  ;D)

Its all down to your own preference tbh, Ive owned a sequential twin for 8 years now in various states of tune and its always been a reliable car to own albeit as a second car. The difference is you say for daily use which many owners do without any issues and regular maintenance is the key.
