panel filter n exhaust

picking up a rx 8 on sat hopefully, and want that nice induction roar, which panel filter would you guys use seen , k&n, pipercross any difference or al bout the same?

second is exhaust my budget don\'t stretch to the £500-1000 versions but seen some cobra and powerflow ones that are in my budget, not looking for power more a nice burble?

third is sump plug? seen a few upgrade with magnetic ones is it worth it?
