Rear Fog Light not working

Thought I would ask here to see if anyone knows the quick answer

The car failed its MOT ( as per other thread )

But it also failed on the fog light not working

Now being a UK car , its fitted as standard , so does anyone know why its not working ??

The switch does nothing , bulb looks OK and there are no lights on the dash saying that its on or off

Is there a separate fuse for this ??

also I have lost all my dash lights aswell , could this be connected ??

OK , cant find a fuse for it - but put a 15a fuse in where it says "FOG" , still no worky

Im wonder if we have damaged the wires when welding etc.. , or I can caught one when putting the trim back in

Took the centre console apart , and I have found a 12v feed when the lights are on

I think this is the switch for the front fogs , that I just put the fuse in

SOOOOOOOO , plan now is to jump the 12v from that into the rear fogs

I tried to get a voltage from the correct fog light switch and the best I get is 0.06v , so im wondering if that\'s just feeback from somewhere in the wiring

I don\'t like this "fix" but if it gets it thru a MOT ( when welded ) then im all for it

Still doesn\'t explain why nothing lights up on the dash though .. my clock dims when I put the lights on , so it KNOWS the lights are one , just no dimmer working on the dash

I checked the fuses and there is nothing blown .. I just hope its not the switch
