Plz Help with boost issue

Hi,
My fd3s has been sitting for a while,
I just done auto to manual conversion and fitted new vac pipes to rats nest.
I get boost on primary but goes dead on secondary and my get a pop,
My charge control actuator does not seem to open at 4.5k but flys open when i relese the throttle from high revs.
Today i did the simplified sequential and its exactly the same thing:(
I tested the solanoids in the nest and used new viton check valves,still the same.

Also on the simplified seq,does nothing go to the fuel pressure regulator?
Should i cap it or leave it open?
